Members Webinar Series: Empowering an Interoperable Europe
Event Navigation
Interoperability within the public sector is a crucial element in realising successful digital transformation. It is challenging to envision an integrated, digitally-driven public system without a seamless exchange of interoperable data.
Currently, the European Parliament and Council are scrutinising the Interoperable Europe Act Proposal, which introduces a strategic mechanism for fostering interoperability collaboration across the European Union.
This webinar, entitled “Empowering an Interoperable Europe”, featured a presentation by Andrea Halmos, deputy head of DG DIGIT’s Interoperability Unit that initiated the Act Proposal. Additionally, representatives from various National Mapping and Cadastral Agencies (NMCAs) shared their insights and contributions, focusing on topics related to interoperability.
